All in-person, Zoom, or by Phone and email Tarot readings are to be paid for beforehand via secure e-payment at www.thelotusconnectionri.com, Venmo, Cashapp, or by phone using square. The Lotus Connection RI will provide services based on availability and reserve the right to move an appointment one time. 

 

RECORDING OF A SESSIONS IS NOT PERMITTED.

 

Policy on lateness, cancellation, and no-shows: 

 

48-hour advance notice is required to reschedule all readings and/or services. If you do not give us this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Please take the time to email us at info@thelotusconnectionri.com if you need to reschedule.

 

We put this time aside for you, and if you do not show or contact us, we cannot make that time available for another client. If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time. There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows.

 

We do not offer refunds for our Services, for any reason. Please shop mindfully. RECOVERY OF LITIGATION EXPENSES

 

If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
