1 Hour Distant Reiki Session

Service Description

Reiki energy is all around us and everyone and everything can benefit from its warm, unconditional love, and generous energy. Reiki healing energy flows through the practitioner and into the person or thing receiving the energy. When Reiki is channeled through the practitioner (me) and into the healing partner (you) it can help support the energetic structures (subtle anatomy -chakras, auras, and meridians) that affect the health of the body, mind, and spirit. Distance Reiki has all the benefits of an actual hands on Reiki session. It allows you to experience Reiki while being in your own home, office, or any other location. Reiki energy is not limited by time or distance, having its own innate intelligence that allows the Reiki energy to flow exactly where it is needed. When you book, I will call you 15 minutes before the session starts to discuss any specific issues you would like addressed during your Reiki session. I will also provide you with more information about Reiki and suggestions on how to relax during the distant reiki healing process. The call will then be disconnected so that I may begin providing you with a distant healing session. It is advisable that you set time for yourself and lay down or sit in a nice comfortable chair and close your eyes and relax. When the session is over I will then email you with my observations and impressions during the session along with any notes that I make. It is advisable that after the session is complete that you hydrate and rest for the remainder of the day. During a distant Reiki session clients normally feel a warm sensation or tingling within the body. A sense of deep relaxation and an immediate decrease in stress levels is another common experience that clients report. Reiki can help with many issues, illnesses, and symptoms.
